Shane Duggan has over 16 years of education recruitment experience and for him deciding to join ABC Teachers was an easy decision because of the culture, the job and being able to achieve a healthy work-life balance. 

Shane knew what he was looking for in his next job move. He said: “My decision to join ABC Teachers was an easy one. Even though Shane has been in the business for over a decade, he still loves working in recruitment. He shares: “The role offers variety and autonomy. It’s fast-paced, with no-two days ever being quite the same, which is great. Recruitment throws lots of different challenges at you each week with some incredible highs. There is another side to the role that really appeals to Shane too: “The role of an education recruitment consultant cannot be understated! We assist in making a difference to schools every day and provide a vital service that supports schools, teachers and support staff alike. Helping our schools navigate through the pandemic was incredibly challenging, but I am proud to think I helped them through some very difficult times.”
