We'd like to say a big thank you to schools and supply staff for working with us this year. We hope everyone has a very special festive break and a happy New Year.
Opening hours
During the festive period, our offices will be closed from Wednesday 24th December 2024 and reopen on Thursday 2nd January 2025. Our out-of-office on-call service will be available when our offices is closed, so schools and supply staff can contact us if we can be of help during the holidays.
Our payroll department will be closed from Wednesday 25th December 2024 and reopen on Thursday 2nd January 2025 (8am - 5pm).
Timesheet deadlines for schools
Our branch staff and payroll team will be working closely with schools over the next few weeks to ensure all our supply staff are paid over the Christmas holidays. We're kindly asking that schools approve all timesheets by the following dates:
For the working week ending Friday 13th December - timesheets must be approved by 4pm on Monday 16th December.
For the working week ending Friday 20th December - timesheets must be approved by 1pm on Friday 20th December.
Payment dates for supply staff
Over the festive period, supply staff that have worked for us will be paid on the following dates:
Payment for the work week ending 13th December will be credited to your account on Friday 20th December.
Payment for the work week ending 20th December will be credited to your account on Friday 27th December.
