ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Primary Teacher with the KS2 curriculum to cover a long-term Year 4 Teacher cover in Shrewsbury for the summer term 2025.

Salary based on qualifications and experience.

About the role

This role includes the following:

Working in a full class teacher role planning, presenting and assessing lessons and pupil progress.
Working on full time basis, being paid for additional responsibilities that come with the role.
Commencing from the start of the new term spanning until the end of the academic year.

About the school

This is based at a one-form entry school based in the Shrewsbury area, part of a wider academy trust.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Year 4 Teacher- Shrewsbury- Summer Term you will:

Have prior experience in a full class teacher role, showing experience of leading a lower Key Stage 2 class.
Be willing to commit to a full-time role with full responsibilities regarding planning, assessments and liaising with parents.
Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

Salary based on a daily rate.
