ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 2 Primary Teacher to work full-time in a welcoming school in Telford. This long-term role will start in January 2025 and continue until the end of the academic year in July 2025.

Salary based on qualifications and experience.

About the role

This role involves:

  • Taking on the full responsibility of a class teacher, including planning, presenting lessons, and assessing pupil progress.
  • Full-time hours, with the option of being paid on the M1-M4 scale from the outset.
  • A long-term position starting in January 2025 and running until the end of the academic year in July 2025.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Year 2 Teacher- Telford- January 2025 you will:
  • Be able to communicate and work effectively with pupils in a Key Stage 1 setting.
  • Have experience teaching the Year 2 curriculum or similar primary year groups.
  • Hold a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment (this is a compulsory requirement).
  • Have or be willing to obtain a DBS registered with the update service.
  • Be able to provide relevant references from the last 2 years.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Salary based on daily rate.
