ABC Teachers are looking for Teaching Assistants in and around the Cannock area to work in a Year 1 Class.
Applicants will need to have either relevant qualifications or professional experience in child-based roles. We do also have a range of other similar vacancies across the Midlands area, beginning as soon as possible.
About the role
You will be able to have the opportunity to assist in lesson learning in a Year 1 class and occasionally lead activities to help the class teacher, which will also include a range of support options in large groups, intervention groups and on a 1:1 basis. This role is to begin from as soon as possible.

Requirements
- Have, or be willing to obtain, an up-to-date DBS Check regustered with the update service.
- Be passionate about building strong relationships with pupils and supporting their development.
- Be able to secure references from most recent employnment to cover the last two years.
- Have previous experience working in a school setting that we can reference, preferably in Key Stage 1.
- Salary is dependent on training and qualifications.
