As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during the absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain on task with the work set by the teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive learning environment.
• Support students in their learning by answering questions and providing guidance where needed.
• Work across various subjects, providing a flexible and dynamic approach to education.

• A passion for working with children and young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children (desirable, but not essential as full training can be provided).
• A proactive and adaptable approach to different learning environments.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
