Key responsibilities:
- Supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Support students in completing their work and maintaining focus.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Trainee Cover Supervisor you will:
- A passion for working with secondary-aged students.
- Strong communication and classroom presence.
- A willingness to learn and grow in an educational environment.
- Previous experience in a school, youth work, sports coaching or tutoring is desirable – but not essential.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and undergo an enhanced DBS check (or be willing to apply for one).
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential).
