ABC Teachers are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic Special Educational Needs School in Dudley. This full-time role is available for an immediate start, with the opportunity for long-term placement for the right candidate.
About the role
- Provide tailored support to students with complex and profound SEND, focusing on their educational, social, and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers to deliver an engaging and accessible curriculum.
- Offer one-on-one or small group support to students aged 4 to 19, helping them achieve their full potential.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
- Holds a Level 2/3 qualification in Teaching Assistance or Childcare (preferred but not essential).
- Has experience working with children or young people with moderate to complex additional needs.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with students.
- Can provide suitable references and has (or can obtain) a valid DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience in SEND Settings
