ABC Teachers are currently seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Computing Supply Teacher to join our team in Derby.
About the role
We are seeking a qualified Computing Supply Teacher to fill a long-term position in Derby. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer science concepts and the ability to inspire and engage students of all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Computing lessons that align with the national curriculum.
- Utilise innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student learning.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievement.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teacher of Computing you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of computing concepts and programming languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a DBS on update service.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
