ABC Teachers is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Sports Coaches to work as Cover Supervisors on a day-to-day basis at various secondary schools in the Acocks Green area. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your coaching skills with classroom management, ensuring students stay engaged and focused during their lessons.

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage the classroom effectively in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Use your sporting background to engage students in their learning and encourage teamwork and discipline.
• Work flexibly across multiple secondary schools in Acocks Green, gaining diverse teaching and leadership experience.

• Experience in sports coaching, youth work or cover supervisor
• Confidence in leading a classroom and adapting to different environments.
• A genuine passion for working with young people and a strong ability to motivate and inspire.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

• experience in a similar position or 5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 5 years.
