ABC Teachers is looking for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN School in Dudley on a full-time basis.

About the role

Supporting students aged between four and nineteen years old.
Collaborating closely with the class teacher and a team of dedicated support staff.
Full-time position available for an immediate start, with potential for ongoing work for the right candidate.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social progress.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism, and sensory needs.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

two years experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs
