ABC Teachers is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to work in Wolverhampton on a part-time basis.
About the role
- The SEN Teaching Assistant role is part-time with an immediate start with the possibility to be ongoing for the right candidate.
- As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students' educational, social, and emotional development.
- Being part of a growing team and school and promoting the school’s values.
- Working in small groups and one-to-one with students.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
- Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
- Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- two years experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs
