ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant with prior experience supporting pupils of primary age with SEN in the Wolverhampton area, starting from the beginning of the second spring half term through to the end of the academic year.
Salary based on qualifications and experience.
About the role
This role will include:
- Supporting a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Initially working as a long-term supply staff member, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate at the start of the new academic year.
- Full-time hours, from 08:30 to 15:30.
About the school
The role will be based at a two-form entry school in the Bushbury area of Wolverhampton.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant- Wolverhampton you will:
- Have prior experience working effectively with students with additional needs.
- Have a genuine passion for building strong relationships with pupils to support their development.
- Be able to commit to full-time work.
- Ideally hold a Teaching Assistant qualification, although this is not compulsory with the right experience.
- Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
- Possess, or be willing to obtain, an up-to-date DBS check registered with the Update Service.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Salary based on daily rate.
