Requirements

To be considered for the role of Secondary HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) you will:
  • Previous experience as a HLTA or in a similar educational support role.
  • A commitment to inspiring and motivating secondary school students.
  • A recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
  • Previous experience as a HLTA or in a similar educational support role.
