About the role
ABC Teachers is recruiting a passionate Science Supply Teacher for a secondary school in the vibrant Moseley area. As a key part of the school's Science department, you will be delivering engaging lessons, managing classrooms effectively, and helping students achieve their full potential in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Science to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
- Mark and assess student work in line with school policy
- Maintain excellent classroom management
- Inspire and motivate students to reach their academic goals

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Science Teacher you will:
- Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
- Specialism in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics)
- Experience teaching Science at secondary level
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- a suitable qualification to teach Science i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
