About the role
ABC Teachers are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our dynamic team in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with excellent facilities and a strong commitment to professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Science Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Science or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Science at secondary school level.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- a suitable qualification to teach Science i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
