Requirements
To be considered for the role of PMLD Teaching Assistant you will:
- Experience supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties, including providing personal care, ideally in a school setting.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to working with students with complex needs.
- A commitment to fostering student well-being and encouraging their progress.
- Adaptability to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
- A proactive attitude toward their role and responsibilities.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties, including providing personal care, ideally in a school setting.
