Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Performing Arts Teacher to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about drama, music, dance, or a combination of these disciplines and dedicated to fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment. This is a unique opportunity to inspire and guide students in their artistic journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in performing arts, tailored to a diverse range of abilities and interests.
- Develop and implement creative curricula that align with educational standards and promote artistic expression.
- Direct and support school productions, performances, and extracurricular activities.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages confidence, collaboration, and creativity.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the broader arts program within the school.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in performing arts education.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Performing Arts Teacher you will:
- • A degree in Performing Arts, Drama, Music, Dance, or a related field. Teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, QTS) are highly desirable.
- • Proven experience teaching performing arts to students aged between 11-18 years old
- • A track record of directing or contributing to school productions or performances would be desirable
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- • A degree in Performing Arts, Drama, Music, Dance, or a related field. Teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, QTS) are highly desirable.
