About the role
- Provide outstanding pastoral support to students, promoting their well-being and academic success.
- Lead and manage a specific year group, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.

- Implement behaviour management strategies and promote student engagement.
- Monitor attendance, progress, and welfare, taking proactive steps to support students in need.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Pastoral Head of Year you will:
- Able to obtain suitable references and a valid DBS check.
- Suitable qualification to teach i.e PGCE/BeD, with a valid QTS/QTLS.
- Former pastoral experience.
- Able to adapt teaching style to current curriculum.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
