ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Primary Teacher with experience in a Key Stage 2 environment, to work as part of a job share in a primary school in Shrewsbury to start from January 2025.
Salary based on qualifications and experience.
About the role
This role includes the following:
- Working as a class teacher in a Year 5 class, all planning will be sorted by permanent member of staff for the role.
- Working two days a week.
- Commencing from January 2025 for the entirety of the spring term.

This is based at a one-form entry primary school in the Telford area.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Part Time Year 5 Teacher- Telford you will:
- Confident in presenting lessons in a year 5 setting.
- Willing to commit to a long-term role in the same school including additional hours for parents evening at the end of each term (time paid for).
- Have a strong ability when it comes to behaviour management.
- Need a relevant QTS for working in a primary school environment, this is a compulsory part of registration.
- Have or be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
- Be able to gain relevant references from the last 2 years.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Salary based on daily rate.
