ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Teacher to work full-time in a welcoming one-form entry primary school in Telford. This long-term maternity cover role will begin at the start of the spring term (January 2025) and continue until the end of the academic year in July 2025.
About the role
This role involves:
- Taking on the full responsibility of a Nursery class teacher, including planning activities, delivering lessons, and assessing children's progress in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Full-time hours, with the option of being paid on the M1-M4 scale from the outset.
- A long-term position starting in January 2025 and running until the end of the academic year in July 2025.

Requirements
- Be able to communicate and work effectively with pupils in an EYFS setting.
- Have experience teaching in a Nursery or similar Early Years environment.
- Hold a relevant QTS or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) for working in a primary school (this is a compulsory requirement).
- Have or be willing to obtain a DBS registered with the update service.
- Be able to provide relevant references from the last 2 years.
- Salary based on daily rate.
