About the role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups. Your responsibilities will include providing one-to-one or small group support for students, assisting with classroom management, and implementing behaviour management strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to the planning and preparation of lessons, assessments, and learning resources under the guidance of teaching staff. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for working with children. Experience working in a school setting and a good understanding of the national curriculum are desirable. Requirements
- Have a Level Three Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Have experience working with Children or young adults who have additional needs.
- A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check.
- You must be comfortable with personal care.
- Behavior Management skills.
- You should possess patience and have a child centered approach to your work.
- Have a Level Three Teaching Assistant qualification.
