ABC Teachers is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Lesson Support Assistant to work in a broad-spectrum SEN (Special Educational Needs) setting. This role involves supporting students with diverse additional needs across various subjects and age groups.

- Assist in the delivery of lessons, adapting materials to meet individual needs.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support as directed by teaching staff.

Requirements
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs, preferably in an educational setting.
- Confidence and compassion in providing personal care where necessary.
- Strong behavior management skills and a patient, child-centered approach.
- A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
