About the role
ABC Teachers are recruiting for a dedicated and knowledgeable Law Teacher to take on a long-term supply role at a well-respected secondary school in Selly Oak, starting September 2025. This is a full-time position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate will teach Law at Key Stage 5, delivering engaging lessons that encourage critical thinking, debate, and a thorough understanding of legal systems. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing work in line with curriculum requirements.

Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Law at A-Level
- A strong understanding of legal concepts and curriculum standards
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
- a suitable qualification to teach Law i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
