About the role
As a Science Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to engage with students from diverse backgrounds, delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum. You will foster a positive learning environment, promoting scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging science lessons tailored to the needs of individual students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and contribute to the school community.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behaviour, and achievement.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in science, with the ability to teach across key stages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to nurturing student potential.
- Hold or be willing to obtain and enhanced DBS check
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
