About the role
ABC Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic History Supply Teacher for a long-term position at a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Marston Green. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom and be part of a supportive teaching community.
As a History Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils, following the national curriculum. You will be expected to plan, prepare, and assess pupils' work while contributing positively to the wider school environment. Full support from the school’s leadership team and the ABC Teachers network will be provided throughout your placement.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching History at Key Stage 3 and/or 4
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A commitment to fostering a love of learning and promoting high achievement
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
- a suitable qualification to teach History i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
