About the role
ABC Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Female PE Supply Teacher to join our dynamic team for a fantastic opportunity in Harborne, Birmingham. We are looking for an experienced or newly qualified PE Teacher (QTS) to deliver high-quality physical education lessons on a supply basis across local secondary schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and dynamic PE lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Ensuring all students are motivated and supported in achieving their physical fitness goals.
- Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Following the curriculum guidelines and adapting lessons to meet student needs.
- Maintaining professional standards in line with the school's ethos.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physical Education.
- Recent experience teaching PE at secondary level.
- A passion for sports and fitness education.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to supply teaching.
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
- a suitable qualification to teach PE i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
