ABC Teachers is seeking a skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team, working in secondary schools across Shrewsbury. If you’re passionate about education and confident in managing a classroom, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of regular teachers
• Ensure students stay on task and maintain a positive learning environment
• Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies
• Support students with their learning and respond to any questions or concerns
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong classroom management skills
• The ability to engage and motivate students
• A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role
