ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment and play a crucial role in supporting the learning journey of students.
About the role
- Supervise and manage students in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline.
- Provide support to students in their learning activities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and support colleagues as needed.
- Report any issues or incidents to senior staff.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Experienced Cover Supervisor you will:
- Previous referenceable experience working with children in a school setting for 5 days or more
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and the ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Passion for education and the development of young minds.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous referenceable experience working with children or in a school setting
