About the role
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a group of secondary schools in Hinckley on an ad-hoc basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will step in to supervise lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students stay engaged and complete their work. Requirements
- Experience working with secondary school-aged students (ages 11-16), ideally in an educational or supervisory role.
- Strong classroom management skills: Ability to effectively maintain a positive, focused classroom environment.
- Good communication skills: Able to communicate clearly with both students and staff in a calm and confident manner.
- Organizational skills: Capable of managing a classroom and following lesson plans with little supervision.
- Experience working with secondary school-aged students (ages 11-16), ideally in an educational or supervisory role.
