ABC Teachers is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work on a day-to-day basis at various secondary schools in the Walsall area. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your skills with classroom management, ensuring students stay engaged and focused during their lessons.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of teaching staff.
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.
• Support students in their educational journey, maintaining high standards of engagement and discipline.

• Experience working directly with children (essential).
• Confidence in leading a classroom and adapting to different environments.
• A genuine passion for working with young people and a strong ability to motivate and inspire.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

• 5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years.
