About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a network of secondary schools in Nuneaton on an ad-hoc basis. As a cover supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students continue to make progress with their learning. Requirements
- Experience working with secondary school-aged students (ages 11-16) in an educational or supervisory capacity is desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills: Ability to maintain order and ensure students remain focused on their work.
- Good communication skills: Clear and confident communication with students and staff.
- DBS Check: Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
- Experience working with secondary school-aged students (ages 11-16) in an educational or supervisory capacity is desirable.
