Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure students remain on task and follow the lesson plan provided.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Support students with their learning as required and ensure school policies are adhered to.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor 0.6 you will:
- Previous experience working with young people, this does not need to of been in a school setting (Sports Coach, Dance Teacher, Youth Worker etc)
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom and engage students in learning.
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check, on the update service and hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
