ABC Teachers is seeking a motivated and reliable Secondary Classroom Supervisor to join our team in Bromsgrove. Key Responsibilities

• Supervising students in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Ensuring a positive learning environment and maintaining classroom control.
• Supporting students with their work by following pre-set lesson plans.
• Assisting with any other classroom duties as required.

• A genuine passion for working with young people.
• Previous experience in a school environment or working with secondary school-aged students (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

• a similar position or 5 days in sole charge of a group of children in the last 5 years.
