About the role
ABC Teachers are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Worcestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive Business Studies lessons to Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5 students.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that meet the national curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of the Business Studies department.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Business Studies Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for business education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational trends.
- Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- a suitable qualification to teach Business Studies i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
