ABC Teachers are looking for a Behaviour Supervisor to work with students in Solihull.
About the role
Your role will be to support students' progress of their bespoke learning plan, you will do this by forming positive and nurturing relationships with students, focusing on the development of the child as a whole. The school operates on a trauma informed and therapeutic approach, knowledge of this beforehand will be beneficial when entering the setting. A willingness to learn and patience is key to your success in the role.

An expanding Multi Academy Trust catering for students who have been permanently excluded, are at risk of permanent exclusion, missing education or disengaging within a mainstream setting. The provision offers targeted interventions that are personalised to individual's needs.
Requirements
- Experience of working with challenging behaviour or within a trauma informed setting is required.
- A DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain a DBS Check.
- An Ability to work individually and take a proactive approach to student care and learning.
- You must display a commitment to the protection and safeguarding of young children and adults.
- Patience and resilience should be a key strength for you.
